There is focus on every detail to ensure a consistent and high quality product.  iBiscotti uses only the finest ingredients and proudly bakes with all natural Cook’s pure extracts and French imported Cocao Noel chocolate.  We utilize the traditional Italian technique of twice baking and only use the best ingredients.  The result is a Biscotti like no other.  The delicate crunch complimented with intense flavors and a balanced buttery finish is uniquely iBiscotti.  Every order of iBiscotti is baked, hand-cut, individually wrapped, inspected, and shipped to order.
