Umeboshi Plum

Umeboshi has an amazing flavor profile with the sweetness of an apricot and slighly sour notes of plum.  This amazingly vibrant fruit and our aged white balsamic is perfect compliment for seafood, salads and fresh fruit.  Try pairing it with Persian Lime Olive Oil or Toasted Sesame for a delightful vinaigrette.
